


Frank J. Cardis
Frank J. Cardis is a 1989 graduate of Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish. He graduated from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Indianapolis, Indiana, on May 11, 1997.
Mr. Cardis is admitted to practice law in Texas, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Arkansas. He is also authorized to practice law in Tennessee pending admission pursuant to TN Supreme Court Rule 7, §10.07. Mr. Cardis is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and the following United States District Courts: Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio; Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky; Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee; and the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Frank Cardis is a member of the National Creditors Bar Association, Texas Creditors Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association, Arkansas State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Pulaski County, Arkansas Bar Association, and Saline County, Arkansas Bar Association, as well as a past member of various other local and state bar associations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
Since 2018, Mr. Cardis has been employed by Hosto & Cardis, PLLC (formerly, Hosto & Buchan, PLLC) and has served as Managing Attorney for five years. His prior work history is as follows: Tanner & Cardis, P.A., Franklin, IN, 1997-2000; Cardis Law, Covington, KY and Lawrenceburg, IN, 2000-2016 and 2017-2018; and Wallace, Martin, Duke & Russell, PLLC, Little Rock, AR 2016-2017.
Mr. Cardis has been named a “Client Champion” and has attained an AV-preeminent rating from www.martindale.com, formerly Martindale-Hubble, which is based on a peer review system for ethical conduct and competence. He has served as an instructor or speaker for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, Indiana Public Defender Council, National Juvenile Defender Association, National Association of Credit Managers-Southwest, and Saline County Bar Association. He serves in the community as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Salem Volunteer Fire District, Benton, Arkansas, and Volunteer Coordinator with GracePoint Church.
