Bay Fleming

Bay is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in September 2025. He grew up in Prattsville, Arkansas, attended Sheridan High School, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Arkansas Tech University.

During law school, Bay participated in mock trial competitions and served in both the Civil Litigation & Advocacy Clinic and the Immigration Clinic, where he worked to address real-world challenges faced by his clients. He also clerked at RMP LLP in Springdale, Arkansas, gaining experience across various areas of civil practice. 

Now an attorney, Bay is eager to further develop his skills and apply his passion for the law in service of his clients.

Outside of Hosto & Cardis, Bay enjoys working on his novel, making art, and spending time with his friends, family, and cat, Essa. He hopes to one day become a published author.
